Dr. Richard Gajdowski joined Kadri Law in 2026 to expand our growing Canadian immigration practice. He brings a wealth of experience in the areas of healthcare law, business and employment law, as well as healthcare licensing and regulatory compliance issues facing licensed healthcare professionals in both the US and Canada.  In addition to being licensed in Ontario as a lawyer and physician, he is licensed to practice both law and medicine in several US states and in US District Courts for US Immigration matters.

Dr. Gajdowski is a specialist in Emergency Medicine certified by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and the American Board of Emergency Medicine. He has practiced as an Emergency Physician in Windsor for more than — years.
