Sandra Misho, B.A., M.A., JD, is a graduate of the University of Windsor Faculty of Law and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2019. She has also earned a Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree double majoring in Sociology and Political Science, a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and a Master of Arts Degree in Sociology, all from the University of Windsor.
Sandra completed her articles at The Corporation of the City of Windsor and was responsible for prosecuting City of Windsor by-law offences at the Ontario Court of Justice, Provincial Offences level. Her practice will now be focused on various areas of immigration and will petition viable applications on behalf of immigrant and non-immigrant clientele.
Sandra is a proud and active member of the Windsor community. She was a Program Coordinator for Pro Bono Students Canada and a published Research Assistant for the National Self-Represented Litigants Project during her time at Windsor Law.
Sandra is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Windsor Essex Law Association. She worked tirelessly while also pursing her studies in law. Sandra is an exceptionally talented lawyer who matches her skill with a dedicated work ethic.
Sandra concentrates her law practice on Inadmissibility Matters, Immigration Appeals, and Federal Court work. She also prepares LMIA and Canadian Permanent Residence Applications.
